We had our old carpet upstairs ripped out and replaced with hardwood in the bedrooms and carpet on the stairs and landing. This is the best experience we've ever had with any renovation company. From start to finish, they gave us everything anyone could reasonably ask for:

1. They always answered the phone. Mike and Kathy were always available, always respectful and always courteous. They are also very knowledgeable.

2. The communication was excellent. They gave us great explanations of everything that was going to happen and answered all our questions.

3. The installation was done on time and to our full satisfaction. Mike gave us firm dates and times before the job started and everything was finished in accordance with all of these timelines. The installers were also very courteous and respectful, showed up on time and did an excellent job.

4. We got quotes from other companies and Expert Flooring's prices were very reasonable. At no point did we feel like we were being pushed into anything or that they were trying to upsell us.

We are so pleased with our new carpet and floors!

I purchased laminate flooring to replace broadloom in two rooms of my condo. The product was very high quality for a very reasonable cost. I received excellent customer service from Mike and staff including the delivery person.

My wife and I recently purchased a house in Pickering and wanted to get some work done prior to moving in. We reached out to Mike from Expert Flooring and we’re so glad we did.
