Perfect Painter - The Home Improvement Group

This is my very first home renovation adventure and it has been both a tremendous success and a brilliant experience. In particular, Frank P has been an absolute rock-star project manager. And, as a result of Frank's attention to detail, excellent customer service, and wise counsel, I am already making preliminary plans for more renos with Perfect Home Renovations Group in 2016.

Overall we're happy with the results. Starting with Frank our project manager, who is very responsive and knowledgeable - he is helpful and has a good attitude. The rest of the team is also very good, Jeff (general contractor), Cosimo (tiles), Ali (plumbing) and Matt (electrical) - they all did very well albeit with some ups and downs.
This being said, Frank and the team seemed a bit stretched apparently having other projects in progress at the same time.
My supervision and quality control was required - but whenever I pointed out some issues, the team did fix them promptly.
The work took a bit longer than planned - their scheduling / capacity needs to improve.
We will likely use them for our next reno.

I hired Perfect Painters & Home Renovation Services to completely transform my basement after reading other reviews on HomeStars and meeting with Dave to discuss the project. Dave really sold me...he's very easy to talk to, had great suggestions and the quote was incredibly fair.

My husband and I really loved the crew that worked on the project which was a huge bonus! Jeff and his team were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and we're thrilled with the results of their work. We were also particularly appreciative of working with Karam the painter who was incredibly polite, detail-oriented and respectful of our space.

As with any home reno, there were hiccups along the way and each time Dave, Jeff and team were very responsive and quick to address any issues or concerns.

We're really happy and have asked them to continue on to some significant upstairs renos!

We recently moved into a brand new town home. It was too expensive to have the oak staircase stained by the builder so we decided to have it installed raw and have it stained after we moved in. We shopped around and after getting some ridiculously high quotes and some unreliable responses, we reached out to Perfect Painters Group. Awesome.

I first spoke with Michael - really friendly and he knew the business. Right away you could see they appreciated the call and made us feel like our job was important. Then Frank dropped by the house to do our consultation and quickly provided us with a quote that was in our budget. Great guy.

Frank returned with Fabio 'the staircase professional' a few days later and so the work began. We never felt like we couldn't trust Frank or Fabio in our home. Fabio was a ninja - he had a key and was quiet, professional and super clean. Everyday we got home and we could only tell he had been there by the work that was done - no wood shavings, paint or stain anywhere.

We cannot say enough how happy we are with the customer service and the end result. Our oak staircase is a perfect match to our laminate flooring. A job like this really does need a specialist - you're living with the end product for as long as you own your home. Fabio is a true artist, a perfectionist and an insanely hard worker. Don't mess around with an amateur when it comes to your home. And don't let anyone else mess with your steps - these guys are the best.

Some friends of ours are already working with Perfect Painters and Home Renovations Services, and we will continue to recommend and use them again as we grow into our new home.

Mike and his team were fantastic in meeting our time demands! He brought in a team of people to work on our newly purchased home immediately, so we could move in soon after. They finished all the renovations in 7 weeks, including painting the entire house, re-sanding and staining the floors and stairs, new bathroom, and building me my master closet. Even if we asked for something that they did not have (custom front door, wooden garage doors), they would research it and find someone who could do it. Would highly recommend them!

The furniture was right and the textiles complimented one another, yet something was missing. I wanted to create a unique space for our family and was privileged to have Home Stars paint the perfect backdrop to compliment our lives.

Our space has been transformed from a builder basic apartment cream to a swanky, inviting, classic retreat. So much so that we just hosted our first guests over - and that felt really good.

Colour changes everything.

Alvaro was my painter and I have to say he did a fantastic job. His attention to detail was fabulous and he took the time to go over my project again and assured me he would be able to get it done. I have already referred Perfect Renovations Group to my family and friends.

This review has been long overdue. I made use of Perfect Painters & Home Renovation Services a few months ago for a number of general renovations for a resale house I had purchased. Although there were some very minor time-line issues, my overall experience with them has been outstanding. There were a number of people I would give credit for this; but most notably Stephanie, Shawn, & Warren. They were simply great! I will definitely use them again.

Our tiled shower floor in the condo my husband and I recently purchased was not put in properly by the previous owners and the water was not draining causing the water to stand and mould to grow. The Perfect Painters & Home Renovation Services crew, under Project Manager Vigen, completed all the work ,including new concrete , new membrane and retiling, expertly and efficiently in a couple of days .
We would recommend this company to anyone considering home renovations!
