This company was extremely professional and accommodating during the painting of our entire home, and with the handyman projects throughout the house. The work was perfectly completed, and we'll use them again. Special thanks to Stephaine, her painters, and handyman.

The work was completed according to our schedule and timeline perfectly! Alexia was easy to work with and was extremely helpful in coordinating the work with us.

Alvaro came to paint our main floor. He was very polite and very professional. It took him only 2 days to finish the job, which was wonderful! Very tidy and made sure that everything was perfect!

Our project was a variety of small drywall repair and odd jobs - capped off with a replacement of the interior doors on our second floor. Because ours is an old house, we needed to preserve our door frames and special order the doors.Perfect facilitated our door order - and their carpenter Wail installed them. Wail was wonderfully charming, polite, and professional - always let us know what he needed to do, how long it would take, and cleaned up after himself. We have a small child at home who loved having him in the house. We loved working with him.We're very happy with our experience.

Les is an excellent project manager and has dealt with me over several small painting jobs, interior and exterior, with professionalism and courtesy. The work is done efficiently and neatly, and communication is timely. Billing is transparent. I would highly recommend Perfect Painters / Perfect Renovations group, and Les in particular.

We hired Perfect Renovations after a brutal home reno experience to complete work left undone by a prior contractor but primarily to focus on the former company's totally deficient work that required extensive remediation.
John spent weeks patching/painting & completely transforming the entire look of our home. Mike who was tasked with a nightmare tile redo not only corrected the issues but did so with minimal disruption or mess which is a feat considering the area was a major walkway and included the kitchen. It is very apparent that both John and Mike are not only skilled in their trade but extremely conscientious and respectful of people's homes.
Overall we had our bathroom tile redone; entire home patched and painted; most floors throughout the home redone as well as various other handyman services.
Our project came in at the expected cost and while it did take longer than expected, we think anyone getting these type of services has to have reasonable expectations and get that when there are various tasks, trades and sometimes unexpected items in the mix that if you just relax a bit, trust in the reputation of this company and "go with the flow", it will all work out in the end. Our project manager Vigen was available when we needed something and made a point of walking through all new trades as each project started and checking on the work not only at completion but while in progress. Issues happen on any job but Vigen takes that headache away from the homeowner - basically if there's a problem, he's there to solve it and sometimes as it was in our experience, plan B actually works out better!

This is my very first home renovation adventure and it has been both a tremendous success and a brilliant experience. In particular, Frank P has been an absolute rock-star project manager. And, as a result of Frank's attention to detail, excellent customer service, and wise counsel, I am already making preliminary plans for more renos with Perfect Home Renovations Group in 2016.

Overall we're happy with the results. Starting with Frank our project manager, who is very responsive and knowledgeable - he is helpful and has a good attitude. The rest of the team is also very good, Jeff (general contractor), Cosimo (tiles), Ali (plumbing) and Matt (electrical) - they all did very well albeit with some ups and downs.
This being said, Frank and the team seemed a bit stretched apparently having other projects in progress at the same time.
My supervision and quality control was required - but whenever I pointed out some issues, the team did fix them promptly.
The work took a bit longer than planned - their scheduling / capacity needs to improve.
We will likely use them for our next reno.

I hired Perfect Painters & Home Renovation Services to completely transform my basement after reading other reviews on HomeStars and meeting with Dave to discuss the project. Dave really sold me...he's very easy to talk to, had great suggestions and the quote was incredibly fair.

My husband and I really loved the crew that worked on the project which was a huge bonus! Jeff and his team were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and we're thrilled with the results of their work. We were also particularly appreciative of working with Karam the painter who was incredibly polite, detail-oriented and respectful of our space.

As with any home reno, there were hiccups along the way and each time Dave, Jeff and team were very responsive and quick to address any issues or concerns.

We're really happy and have asked them to continue on to some significant upstairs renos!
