We hired Perfect Renovations after a brutal home reno experience to complete work left undone by a prior contractor but primarily to focus on the former company's totally deficient work that required extensive remediation. John spent weeks patching/painting & completely transforming the entire look of our home. Mike who was tasked with a nightmare tile redo not only corrected the issues but did so with minimal disruption or mess which is a feat considering the area was a major walkway and included the kitchen. It is very apparent that both John and Mike are not only skilled in their trade but extremely conscientious and respectful of people's homes. Overall we had our bathroom tile redone; entire home patched and painted; most floors throughout the home redone as well as various other handyman services. Our project came in at the expected cost and while it did take longer than expected, we think anyone getting these type of services has to have reasonable expectations and get that when there are various tasks, trades and sometimes unexpected items in the mix that if you just relax a bit, trust in the reputation of this company and "go with the flow", it will all work out in the end. Our project manager Vigen was available when we needed something and made a point of walking through all new trades as each project started and checking on the work not only at completion but while in progress. Issues happen on any job but Vigen takes that headache away from the homeowner - basically if there's a problem, he's there to solve it and sometimes as it was in our experience, plan B actually works out better!
