Dmitri from Tilestars was wonderful to work with. He installed new porcelain tiles in our basement this summer after we dealt with an incompetent contractor. Dmitri was very thorough and competent in his work and completed the job within the time promised. He provided us with a reasonable estimate and explained to us when he will be able to start the job. Since it was our first time using HomeStars, we were a little hesitant in choosing a contractor but he reassured us by providing us with locations and pictures to see and/or visit his current project. We selected a textured tile and after it was installed, we noticed that it would require extra scrubbing to clean. I spoke with Dmitri about the situation and he showed up the very next day with several suggestions and took the time to clean it for us!
He also completed some tiling in our bathroom and did a wonderful job around the vanity and baseboards. Dmitri followed up with us several times to ensure we were happy with the work during and after completion. This is definitely customer service.
We are very pleased with the outcome. I will not hesitate to recommend him. Dmitri knows how to complete work with customer satisfaction.
