Rob is wonderful to work with. He completely transformed our outdated bathroom into a modern one with upscaled finishes. I absolutely love it!! Rob arrived on time and ready to work every morning. He completed the renovation on budget and within the time frame that he gave us. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and happy with our choices and style. We had a mouse infestation. Jesse from Addison came out the same day I called, quickly assessed and executed his plan. Jesse was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as alleviated my tenants concerns. I am extremely happy with the work completed and will not hesitate to recommend Addison in the future.

Dmitri from Tilestars was wonderful to work with. He installed new porcelain tiles in our basement this summer after we dealt with an incompetent contractor. Dmitri was very thorough and competent in his work and completed the job within the time promised. He provided us with a reasonable estimate and explained to us when he will be able to start the job. Since it was our first time using HomeStars, we were a little hesitant in choosing a contractor but he reassured us by providing us with locations and pictures to see and/or visit his current project. We selected a textured tile and after it was installed, we noticed that it would require extra scrubbing to clean. I spoke with Dmitri about the situation and he showed up the very next day with several suggestions and took the time to clean it for us! He also completed some tiling in our bathroom and did a wonderful job around the vanity and baseboards. Dmitri followed up with us several times to ensure we were happy with the work during and after completion. This is definitely customer service. We are very pleased with the outcome. I will not hesitate to recommend him. Dmitri knows how to complete work with customer satisfaction. Thank you Dmitri for a job well done.

Bill and his crew did a great job and on time. Bill thoroughly explained any issues that arose during construction and how best to proceed. We already have a few more projects that we plan to have Bill complete for us in the near future. I would greatly recommend Bill for any construction project you may be considering.

Dan built and installed sliding drawers for my kitchen cabinets as well as bathrooms. He was very thorough, courteous and punctual with all our appointments.
