Dmitri takes great pride in his work and this is evident in the quality of the installation, as well as in his meticulous care of the work area. My project had some unforeseen challenges and Dmitri not only helped me to overcome them, but went WAY above and beyond in terms of service and support. His expertise and assistance were invaluable and he actually refused to take additional compensation for the extra time and effort he ended up investing to help me resolve a problem caused by another party.
Dmitri was responsive and punctual and despite my kitchen backsplash project being very small, he treated me with the same priority and attention that a larger customer would receive. Dmitri runs the business with the big picture in mind and is very focused on delivering exceptional customer value.
