Watermart installed a reverse osmosis drinking water system in my kitchen, as well as a chlorine filter in my main shower. Both jobs were done in an impeccable manner - clean, friendly, honest and patient. I just received my annual update for filter changes and was again thrilled with the ease of booking the service, as well as the speed of the work. Ron was an incredibly kind, patient and friendly technician and has been an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. I highly recommend Watermart, their RO and filter products and commend them on their excellent level of service.

Watermart provides excellent, friendly service. Their service people are very knowledgeable and most importantly punctual. There is nothing more frustrating than hanging around for a 4 hour window for people to show up for repairs. We have used Watermart for our water filtration system for 5+ years now and have had only positive experiences.
They always follow up after appointments and call to remind us of upcoming service requirements. Great customer service.

After reading the reviews from homestarts, I decided to go with watermart's RO system. Last week, Ken came for installation after we met with him in store a week before. While in store, he patiently gave us a very detailed explanation. For the installation, he was very punctual and very professional. I was happy with the company and Ken and will do business with them anytime.

Recently had a softener and RO system installed by WaterMart. The professionalism and mannerism of the staff is impeccable. From the onset, dealing with owner Dave in select the systems to Ken, the installer. I was always kept well informed and always part of the process. They are all very knowledgeable and truly enjoy the work they do! No pushy sales tactics or unnecessary information to confuse you.

Dave provided very unbiased answers and recommendations, answering all and any questions I had. Ken did a very clean and professional install. Very considerate to the fact that I have a toddler and working around his schedule.

I will be recommending WaterMart to friends and family, I look forward dealing with WaterMart again in the future.

Dave was very knowledgeable about his product and explained to me why I didn't need to spend more money as suggested at other companies. Installation was booked at a convenient time and the installer was prompt and efficient.

We are Watermart's customer for close to 16 years now with our reverse osmosis system. Five years ago, our daughter sold their house and we recovered the installed water softener. We contracted Watermart to have it re-installed in our house. During my visit to Watermart's store to buy some reverse osmosis filters for our house and that for our kids (3 systems in all), I asked Dave if we need to change the filters for our water softener and he said that we need to change it due to possible bacteria growth in the carbon filter. For a retired person to change the resin and carbon filters every 2 years will be expensive and Dave suggested to remove the carbon and have it only as a pure softener. We agreed to do the job with the agreed amount.
Ken was dispatched to do job. He found out that there were 2 tube containers, one for resin and one for carbon. Dave thought that we have a single tube configuration. There's a need to remove one tube requiring re-piping. With additional labour involve, Dave gave me a very reasonable change in the agreed quote. Dave, you are a very honest person to do business with.
Ken did the hard work, when I say hard work ... it's hard and involved heavy lifting of all the resins and carbons. Ken studied carefully how to do the reconfiguration avoiding any mistakes. After the job was done, Ken ensures that there's no water leakage as well as he cleaned up everything. He is very polite, courteous and very patient with all my questions as I asked too many of them.
It's really been a pleasure doing with business with Watermart. They are very professional in their business dealings.

I just brought 3 stage filtration system form Watermart . Scott is a very profession tech . After finished the installation , He explained every detail about using this staff . I finally can get the clean water now.
