Water Softener Install and Upgraded Media Guard
Watermart is great! Donna-Maria was fantastic to work with and was very patient in explaining the details of the quote and answering my many questions.
There was a bit of a concern as to where the softener would go (old house) but Watermart came on-site, took a look the situation and explained my options. Luckily I was able to put it in the preferred location.
The installer, Kenny, was courteous and efficient. He was on site, explained the work he was going to do and walked me through the install, functions etc after he was done.
I initially didn't see much of a difference between the hard and soft water so Watermart came out a second time to test the water, after I gave them a call about it. The technician Zia was efficient and confirmed the water hardness levels. He did a test in bypass mode and while the softener was running.
To be honest, we only felt a difference about a week after installation. Maybe the system needed a bit of time to work through our pipes.
Overall, it was a very good experience and top notch customer service. I'm very happy with Watermart and would recommend them to friends and family.
