Went to monster flooring after getting a few quotes for upstairs carpet and 11 steps. They sent a guy in to measure on saturday on we had a quote by tuesday. We saved enough on the carpet job to be able to do the living room hardwood floor. They came in and removed all the old carpet and the hard wood floor and installed the new in 2working days. no mess and absolutly no problems , no complaints great installers at great price. would use them again or would reccomend to any one.

We first came into contact with Ken from Mondter Flooring in the fall of 2014. We were renovating our main floor and we're looking for approximately 1000 square feet of hardwood. Ken sold us on a sold antique look hardwood that we loved. He was a bit abrasive and brash, but in our 15 minute interaction it was fine. Over the next year or so we sent a few people his way. They all came back saying no way, no how- he's rude and aggressive. Fast forward to August 2016. We had a major flood and needed to replace about 50% of our flooring. We were told Ken still had stock of our exact floor from the exact batch. Imagine our surprise when my beautiful solid hardwood was being replaced with an engineered hardwood that was visibly different. Not entirely clear whose at fault but when I called to speak with Ken he was rude and condescending. Now here we are, one year later with floors that look like plastic is coming off of them and Ken will not even give the contractor the name of the representative for the flooring. I would urge any and everyone to stay far away from Monster Flooring. They have been a nightmare to work with and do not at all stand behind their product.

Hired them to do my basement flooring. They did an excellent job and gave me advice about products.

On top of that, when I called them back for a future issue, they gave me advice for free and saved me money.
