I bought a Groupon for MGS to do gutter cleaning, redeemed it, but I was surprised by over $50 in extra fees. I should have known to cancel the Groupon then and not deal with this company. Anyway, silly me, I paid the extra fees and tried booking an appointment. It was late in the season, so it was understandable that there were no timeslots left, so I booked one for the spring. Just a few days before my appointment, MGS contacts me to say they were dropped by Groupon and they were canceling my appointment. Fine, they had a spat with Groupon, but I'm not fine with a credit instead of a refund! I paid for a service and did not get that service, so give me a refund!!!
