Frogbox

I used Frogbox to relocate my staff during the moving and everything was perfect, including the plastic big boxes, bubble wrap, mattress covers, online ordering, customer service, delivery and pick up. They were always on time as promised and very nice. I will be recommending them for sure.

My partner & I used Frogbox on our recent move & the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, including the amazing green plastic frogboxes. They delivered the boxes on time and when they said they would. At 4:45pm on the evening before our move, we realized that we needed about 4 more frogboxes. I thought "well, you never know, I'm just going to call them." I spoke with Matheson who hand delivered 4 more boxes to us at 6pm on a Friday night. He would not accept a tip, and said he was happy to do so. And, they picked them up exactly on time. Every single Frogbox employee I spoke with was professional, courteous & super friendly. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is moving. Super awesome! Thanks!!

I heard about Frogbox from a friend so I decided to give it a try for my move. I ordered 20 boxes, bubble wrap, a sofa cover, and zip ties for the boxes. They had everything you needed for a very reasonable price. It made packing and unpacking so easy and the movers finished in half the time that I thought it'd take. The drop-off and pick-up of the boxes was on time, which I really appreciated and all in all, service was great. I have another move coming up soon and I'll definitely use Frogbox again.

I'm not one to give out perfect reviews, but I honestly can't think of how the process of renting Frogboxes could have gone better. This was probably one of the few services we used during our move and renovations that has gone off without a hitch. From the time of booking a drop-off date online, to emailing for extensions (twice), and then the pick up process, things could not have gone any better.

I really like the boxes. Perhaps a way to make things even better is to have a deeper sized box for puffier items, which aren't necessarily heavy.

I would not hesitate to use Frogboxes again for another move or renovation, and would definitely recommend their services. We saved a lot of trouble with finding/disposing of cardboard boxes, and all the taping. Boxes were secure and nothing broke!!!

We decided to renovate our corporate offices over the Christmas holidays to take advantage of the holiday downtime.
FrogBoxes provided the perfect solution in removing alot of the clutter and files that would only get in the way when the carpet was torn up, new carpet installed, premises was painted, new reception area with ceramics, new kitchen with ceramics. This was a challenging project which involved logistics issues and a lot of dust. FrogBoxes elimated alot of those converns. They picked up all our "stuff" in 50 FrogBoxes, stored it for 3 weeks and returned them to all our 30 staff members and we were back in business. They were punctual, courteous, polite, helpful and economical. They were a pleasure to do business with. Thank you.

I LOVE FROGBOXES! Why? They hold almost everything, they stack up neatly, the delivery drivers are nice and professional, the cost is minimal and arguably recovered in faster moving time (i.e. lower price for movers, who are, incidentally, very happy to see frogboxes), when I realized I needed more than I thought I would they delivered extra boxes to me that same day, they show up on time... I can't say enough good things about it! I'll never move without them again. Thanks frogboxes!

I was moving from a 2 bedroom condo to a 2 plus 1 bedroom bungalow approximatley 400 meters away. Frog box did the move in a few hours. The service was efficient and considerate of my property.

I was completely happy with the service and products that I received from Frogbox (I ordered the boxes, wardrobe and a dolly). What was even better was that I had recommended them to a friend who was moving a couple of weeks earlier than me and he was able to pass along a $25 gift card for me to use on my move.

The condition of the supplies was impeccable and spending $5 on a dolly was the best decision I ever made. I stacked a couple of boxes with one open on top and "drove" the dolly around my apartment to fill the top box up and then "drove" it back to the place where I was stacking everything so that I was doing the least amount of lugging around. Those boxes do get heavy because they hold so much.

Deb in the office was helpful and cheery when I needed to make changes (at least 2-3 times) to my pick-up date and time. E-mails with changes were sent promptly.

The drivers were friendly and clean and on-time. When delayed by the weather the driver was apologetic (even though he wasn't really late).

I would totally recommend then and/or use them for my next move.

I've moved three times with Frogbox, and every time they are on-time, helpful and just what's needed. They stack so easily and are so sturdy--way more effective than cardboard. The people who work for the company are courteous, and if I have to move again, I will definitely use their boxes.

I was referred to this company by my moving company, Cargo Cabbie and I am glad we decided to get Frogboxes. They were sturdy, stacked easily, easy to move, and held a lot. The movers really appreciated it and were able to finish faster as a result. (And save us some money in the process.) It was much better than resorting to sketchy old cardboard boxes of varying size and durability. Best of all, they picked them up when we had finished unpacking so we were left with less mess. Plus I can brag to my hippie friends about how environmentally conscious I am. I definitely recommend using this service to anyone who is planning a move.
