Just In Time Furnace

Very good company, very efficiant, and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. We have used them severe times for cleanings(in two different houses now) as well as they installed our new furnace. I recommended them to my mother and they cleaned all of her vents as well last year. Will definitely use them in the future!

Bought a Living Social Voucher for a duct cleaning from Just in Time Furnace. The Deal was $49 to receive a package worth $130.

When I asked Justin if I could receive an "upsale" type package that I requested a quote for. ($460 approx). I was told by Justin himself "I should not even be giving you the $49 credit but I will because I have to."

I politely declined and told him he can have the monies I have already paid towards his business. I prefer not to use those types of businesses services.

One of my furnaces stopped working. I had the guy come out, he phoned ahead of when he was coming, to give me a heads up. He fixed the problem which was minor and also showed me how to clean the filters. I was only charged for the service call and minor labour. Very reasonable for the time he spent there. Thanks...I will use them again.

I called Just in Time to fix a furnace that shuts down. It leave me and my 1 year old baby freezing in the middle of the night. They came out, charged me, told me I needed a 'higher flow filter'. The problem continues and when I call again they tell me its a "new problem" and they'll have to charge me again to fix the same problem? They didn't even properly asses the ONLY problem... I wouldn't recommend them. Terrible customer service.

We had purchased a voucher off of Groupon to have the furnace maintenance done at our rental property. The guys did a great job, were on time and were very professional. We will have them back again.

Just in time furnace did the service and parts replacment of our furnace. We bought the service special through Groupon. For the work they did and the parts that were replaced it was very reasonably priced.

Had Just In Time come in to clean duct work before moved in to house. Arrived on time and work completed quickly. Persons who did the work were polite and did a great job!

Had Just In Time (owner's name is "Justin") come out to try to maintain 2 old furnaces from the mid-70's, so that we wouldn't need to replace them. They were fine, they certainly put in a great effort to keep them running properly, but alas they needed to be replaced. When the service person called Justin for a quote on a new furnace, saying I wanted a mid-efficiency, he was told they didn't have any left, so I said I'd shop around over the next month (it was no rush). We had Just In Time out again for a duct cleaning, inquired again about mid-efficiency furnace, he called, and voila they apparently had 2....hmmm. 2 weeks later, and they found 2? We ended up going with another company (Sun Valley HVAC), because install cost was about double with Just In Time, by the way.

Just in Time Furnace did a great job cleaning my furnace and ducts. Darcy also fixed my humidifier, and took the time to give us all sorts of tips about how to operate the furnace. I would definitely use this company again.
