I have never hired a company to do anything (dad has always helped). We just purchased a new home and needed the entire space painted before we moved in. We contacted a few companies to get quotes. Brian came and his approach was great. He was honest and advised us how we could save money (not painting closets and ceilings). His presentation was thoughtful and professional. We had quotes that were higher and lower than his. We talked to him and he was able to compromise pricing with us a bit and helped me choose wall colours. The crew started the job the following week. Tony and his colleague were great painters. They were professional and educated us when we had questions. When the job was complete we were very happy with the results. After we moved in and actually living in the home for over a month I started to notice some flaws and areas with misses. I contacted Brian and he had Tony come over one day and he fixed everything and then some extra things that I was planning to do myself. Little things like that make me feel that this company genuinely care about their clients and want me to be completely satisfied. I would recommend this company. They are honest, friendly and professional. They finish the job when they say they will and update you if anything goes awry. We plan to redo our bathrooms and paint our kitchen cupboards next year so we hope to use this company again. My only qualm is that I asked Brian to use a paint finish that is easy to clean when there are scuff marks. He said flat would be fine. Now anytime I put something against the wall it is easily scratched/scuffed and the only way to really get it cleaned Tony said is to touch it up with paint. I tied some places and the paint was rubbed out! Not too happy about this but can't do anything now as the whole house is done! I know for next time. Maybe another finish is easy to clean???
