We always dealing with the manager, Victor. He is really nice and patient even we changed the design or installation schedule for more than 3 times. He is really helpful.

We contacted Kitchen Pro after getting prices from a few other companies. We where blown away at the price diffrence. Joe and Celina are fantastic!!! Kitchen Pro started our kitchen and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to others.

After going through more than 10 companies, I am very happy to find Kitchen Pro. Through checking reviews, visiting its factory, and talking to sales manager Victor, I know that this company could produce high quality products, but with a very competitive price. Some other similar companies could charge as much as twice more. Now the project is done, I am very happy for the final cabinets. many friends gave good compliments. The service is super, Victor, Joe (designer) and Selina are very patient, honest, knowledgeable, and providing timely response. Even installation staff are great too, pay attention to details, no rush work. I recommend this company 100% to my friends. I got kitchen cabinets including stone tops and bath cabinets done by Kitchenpro.

I'm very surprised with so many positive reviews. Unfortunately cant share the same experience with the Kitchen pro company. A lot of cracks on the doors. It looks like a very bad paintings of the whole kitchen. Too many cracks . They are very "responsive" and send some clueless technicians who tried to fill in the cracks and paint with a diluted paint.
Stay away from this company and find a better one.

We love our new kitchen! We looked at multiple kitchen installers before settling on Kitchen Pro. Joe was the best designer we found who helped us design the kitchen to our liking over multiple iterations. He is very detail oriented, and provided many design options to help the decision making process. Installation was also top notch, and the final workmanship in the cabinetry is also very high quality.

We are very happy with the design ideas that Kitchen Pro provided and their great advice. We are also very happy with the installation and service. Would recommend checking them out. Great value.

It was a pleasure to deal with Selina, Joe and Victor at Kitchen Pro for our Master Bathroom modification where they provided a Full Double Sink, 9' Wide Vanity as well as a Full Height Cabinet. They were pleasant in their dealings with us in spite of the difficult COVID-19 conditions. The workers who came to install were also very professional and did their work at our home in their area in a clean manner. We are very happy with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen pro for similar home modifications. See the attached photos.

Professional design with awesome practical ideas. Some of Ryan's idea is costly but it worths such as removing the bowhead to get the straight up to ceiling design. Ryan stops me from many ideas and if I insist he will provide the improvement or compromise. All these suggestions and ideas are ending up awesome. I learn one thing that if Ryan insists "no!" on something, it should not happen. Learned and thanks Ryan.

I would never regret to go with Kitchen Pro for my kitchen renovation and it has been a very pleasant experience for me. They had been very supportive and patient during the whole process including designing stage, installation and after service. Despite the lockdown during COVID-19, the follow up was not fallen behind and I felt taken good care of as a customer. Love how my kitchen turn out and the quality and workmanship are excellent. Highly recommend!

The worst experience of my life. They will not provide what is agreed to. After forcing us to pay for 90% of the kitchen even though we identified the cabinets being stained the wrong stain at time of inspection. They will give you every excuse in the book and not take any accountability for any of their errors. They will move electrical and damage drywall during installation, without any communication during installation. You will have to be watching them constantly.
We had ordered vanities as well, and again tried to tell us what was provided was what we order, when clearly the doors were not correct. This we held out for replacement.
The vanity tops installation, totally destroyed our walls and damaged door casing which they never repaired.
They love to blame the customer and prey on people not knowing what to look for. The fact that I did and called them out on it was the biggest fight of my life. I will never give them a reference and will have to live with the fact that they were the worst company to deal with.
We had to basically complete payment, never to deal with them again.
