Hired OHE to replace a skylight. The service was excellent.

The job was done quicker than I expected and cheaper than I expected. Kyle and his employee (I think Matthew? Don't remember) were very friendly. Had two thunderstorms including one with hail since then, and the skylight is holding up well. Looks much better than the previous one.

Kyle and his crew are professional and get the job done well, on time. He is quick to reply, quotes clearly and does what he promised in a timely manner. A great local company that cares about customers. Thanks Kyle.

He showed us possible options, explained warranties and did the job cleanly and very professionally. I have no hesitation at all in recommending his company.

The service and workmanship provided by Ottawa Home Exteriors in redoing my entire roof last summer was excellent. After the work was done the area was cleared of all debris and any traces of roof repair were removed. Without any commitment on my part, Kyle the owner, took the time to describe and provide samples of the materials that were going to be used, the work to be done as well as to answer all my questions. Before the work started there was a water leak due to a rain storm and Kyle came very quickly to provide a temporary fix. I would recommend him very highly for any roofing work.

We have tried many roofing companies over the years but Kyle at O.H.E. surpasses them all. He assesses the situation correctly and does not try to over sell the work needed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We recently had our roof re-shingled by Ottawa Home Exteriors. A couple of years earlier, we had them repair a problem with a light tube (skylight) in our sun room. Impressed with the workmanship and the great service on that small job, we did not hesitate to engage them for the roofing job. Their quote was very competitive and we were impressed with the prompt response to calls and questions during the hiring process on both jobs. Workmanship on both was excellent. Workers showed up when scheduled and were always polite and helpful. Both jobs were completed promptly, once started. Clean-up after the roofing job was excellent. At all times, the company’s owner and manager, Kyle Dotto, was just a phone call away. He addressed any concerns promptly and courteously. We have no hesitation in giving this company a five-star rating.

The estimate was bang-on, and the crew did the work a day early. They did a quality job, and left zero mess. :-) They replaced roughly 20 shingles after a major wind storm.
