Love Your Rug Cleaning Toronto

I submitted a white shag rug for cleaning. I received it back within 3-weeks. Once I looked at the result, I wasn’t satisfied since the carpet still didn’t appear as white in high-traffic areas and I saw black specks. I contacted the company back, they were pleasant and promptly arranged for the carpet to be picked up for rework. They were diligent, and quick to respond to inquiries. Once my carpet was received back I was happy with the results! I will be using them again!

While they are an extremely busy company, they certainly bent over backwards to make my experience and pleasurable as possible. Customer service is excellent the my delivery driver Moni was very polite and puntual. Not to mention my rug is cleaner than it’s ever been. Would definitely recommend this service.

We scheduled a cleaning for our bamboo silk rug. Had read good reviews so decided to give it a try. Rug was picked up on time. People were friendly. Rug was returned with "Bleached" lines and blotches. They agreed to pick it up and fix it and insisted they "don't use bleach". The "fixed" rug is entirely bleached almost white (was a grey pattern) and still has bleached lines throughout. Have repeatedly asked to speak to manager but it's always refused and we receive no return call from manager or owner. We have photos of the stages of rug condition as they went - they take photos as well which is why they agreed to work on it again after recognizing the damage.
They finally reached back out with a vm asking for photos but no number or email to send them to. It sounds like we were unlucky, but I strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to think twice and not trust them with anything of significant value like we did.
I will follow up to let the users know how/if they rectified the situation. I hope to find out they stand behind their service.

Very easy process and great company to deal with, you send them the specifications of your item and they contact you within the same day in regards to pricing and pick up of your product! Once it’s cleaned it’s then delivered right back.

Our first time using Love Your Rug and we couldn't be more thrilled. We sent an Area Rug to a Cleaners and it came back with little improvement. My area rug that decorates a studio was stained with red wine. I found Love Your by internet search and delivered it personally. Results the following week exceeded expectations. Not only was the stain removed without a trace but the rug was brightened like new. Great job. Friendly and involved counter staff. This service knows its business!
