No call back to customer with warranty
In January 2019, Empire Installed 7 steel cages and 1 one way door on the roof to remove squirrels. The work was under warranty for 4 years. Called in January 2020 for a recurring squirrel problem.
Two calls on same day with no response within 8 hrs. though their 24/7 service promises to call within 2 mins. it’s been over 6 weeks and Empire have never once returned my January call.
I have since hired a very reputable company who have resolved the squirrel problem. They identified that Empire did a sloppy job, failed to return to remove the one way door, which allowed the squirrels to get in again, and also failed to seal off the screws in the roof.
Empire Wildlife challenged my review to HomeStars saying that I was not a customer. I scanned and submitted my invoice to HomeStars to validate that services were provided and only then did HomeStars post my review. Empire then had the gall to post under my review that I was not a customer. At my request, HomeStars has removed this false accusation.
Empire is only interested in overcharging you for sloppy workmanship. There is absolutely no follow up or guarantee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BE VERY CAREFUL TO CHECK THE COMPANY NAME
