I have my windows installation on August 23 . First they sent 2 installer for a detached house and 13 windows. one window was wrong and they had to put the old window back and was crack ( very unsafe). i had to stop installers at 10:00 at night to finish other day , I called my only contact at the company and never answer phone calls only text message and also he never called me always text even to keep a customer happy . Now after two weeks two windows cracked and the same all text message with this guy Mike. Two friends recommended me this company but customer service from this Manager Mike is terrible. Also im still waiting for an official receipt. i have two windows crack now ( i know this are thing can happen and i understand) but a simple phone call to say 4 words to keep a customer calm. also I forgot the installer destroyed all my plant in my front windows i told them be careful with my plants but didnt listen and also didn't clean properly around my property . Looks like the quailty of the other windows are ok but im scare to have more windows cracks soon. What is very scary is one of the windows is in my kids room and i feel very unsafe. so far no phone calls from the company i reported sunday September 10th and today is Friday Sep 15 . i got only a text saying " Hi glass in production, receipt is being prepared by accounting" again only a text after i spent a lot of money in windows and doors .
