I am relocating to BC and needed to do some small repairs and replace my sunshine ceiling in the kitchen to a more modern track light prior to listing my condo for sale.. Wade did a great job on the drywall, painting & installation. Each time I found a little repair that needed to be completed, Wade did it quickly, everything from finishing putting a wardrobe together and affixing to the wall to repairing/glueing venetian blind rods, bathtub faucets, etc.
Great to have a guy who seems to know how to do anything and if he doesn't he learns how.

Wade was punctual, courteous and he treated my home as if it were his own. I had just had my home renovated and he laid drop cloths everywhere, took his shoes off at the door and then proceeded to thoroughly clean my furnace and duct work like it had never been cleaned before! He checked my furnace, hot water tank, and humidifier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his service to anyone! Excellent job and exemplary service!

After trying another company with excellent reviews but very bad customer service I decided to go with MFP Services as they had a great review as well and great service. The company is owner operated and Wade was fantastic! After a basement reno our ducts were very dusty and dirty so Wade came out and spent a few hours cleaning them as well as the furnace. He even replaced our Humidifier's filter and suggested a very good furnace filter you never have to change! We decided to go with it and are very happy so far with the results. I would definitley suggest MFP Services to anyone looking to have their furnace or ducts cleaned. Great Job!

Wade from MFP Servies Ltd cleaned the furnaces in our new home before we moved in. He came highly recommended because he uses a much more thorough cleaning method than other furnace cleaners. He showed the tiny holes that the previous furnace cleaners had used, and the big one that he uses to really suck out all the hair, etc. He knew that the previous owners had owned a cat just from the furnace cleaning job he did.

He did an extremely thorough job as promised. I don't know the technical terms, but he brings in "vipers" or something, and huge hoses to clean out all the furnaces.

He taught us how to clean out the furnace filters. He didn't realize we had a central humidifier, so we went out to Rona to get a new filter while he was cleaning and he helped us install it. He then found that the humidifier drainage hose was too old and stiff, and so he offered to fix that with new plastic tubing that he had available in his truck. He charged us $25 extra to do that, which was well worth it.

Wade was super friendly. I was worried that I was distracting him from his work because he loved telling his stories. He's a very nice, polite man.

I'd highly recommend using MFP Services to get your furnace cleaned. I plan to use them again in 2 years or so.
