I will start off with the things that I like about this company. For starters, the people are very nice. Furthermore, the quality of our roof is good and the price is fair.
My issue is less with the quality of roof work, and more to do with their communication/responsiveness. They started the project, but stopped midway without explaining why. I had to contact them to find out why my roof was left undone for a few days. The explanation was sufficient, but I wished they had let me know, instead of disappearing. Then they did a poor job cleaning up. I found nails and tar all over my property. Along with wrapping from the shingles. I spoke with the company and they promptly apologized. They were very kind and assured me that they would send someone to do another sweep. As far as I know, no additional sweep was done.
I also had them send someone out to repair my eavestrough. This was in August. Whoever "repaired" it did a poor job. It is now almost January, and keep in mind that I already paid to resolve this issue. I spoke with someone from the company the other day and they assured me that they would find out who "fixed" it and would send them back out. I have yet to hear back, but that may be due to the holidays.
My frustration mainly stems from the fact that I have had to repeatedly contact this company for follow-up (at least ten times!) My hope is that this is out of character for this company, and that the issue will be resolved. I have already paid and I am not sure they appreciate the damage that may occur to my property if water keeps pooling by my foundation, from the faulty eavestrough. It is quite literally worse, than before they sent someone out. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have a more positive review. For now I will say that I am quiet disappointed in the promptness of this company.
