This was the second time we hired Floors Direct North to do work at our home. Our experiences have been wonderful. The store is a laid back yet educational setting where there is no rush to select what you need flooring wise. We dealt with Jeannie who is a super sales person and Ben who is the owner. Both personify professionalism. Deliveries were made as promised. Installation was done in the time promised. The crew sent to install our mail floor hardwood led by Ivan was accomodating,skilled and friendly. If you are looking for an honest setting to decide on flooring then this is the store to deal with. We researched countless stores from Barrie to Toronto and found the experience unmatched at Floors Direct North. I strongly recommend anyone considering a flooring job to go to Floors Direct North and speak to them. Their honest straightforward way of doing business will be a refreshing change from their competition. Well done Jeannie, Ben, Ivan and all the other folks we dealt with.
