I hired RooterMan GTA to waterproof my home and install a sump pump and backwater valve. I was very impressed with the detailed walkthrough Stefan did of my basement and outside during his initial visit. He was able to provide a quote immediately and walked me through the scope of the project in detail. He was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions and did not pressure me into making a decision. This was a big job and a big investment. Based on my initial experience with Stefan and a very positive referral from another customer I felt confident that they would do a good job.
Prior to starting the job Stefan brought the project supervisor Andrew to the house to explain the scope of work to be done and both came by often to check on the progress of the job. I was very impressed with the entire crew. They were hardworking and cleaned up both my property and my neighbours' properties each day. They went above and beyond my expectations.
