Installation of Backwater Valve
Installation did not pass inspection and had to be redone. After being redone, they concreted around clean out valve (not safe) and after 3 days of waiting did not show up to repair damage. Awful customer service.

TRADES BEWARE!!! We provided stellar customer service to this customer and all we got in return was vicious and unbridled harassment.
This customer called us about having a backwater valve installed in her basement. We arrived on site, provided a Free Estimate, and the customer agreed to proceed with the work. Everything went smoothly, and the job was inspected and PASSED by the City of Toronto. This was not good enough for the customer, as she refused to pay the balance, and proceed to harass us to fix problems that were completely unrelated to our backwater valve installation.
In order to satisfy her and provide stellar customer service, we returned THREE TIMES to assess the situation, and every time the visits were frivolous.
Despite our efforts to make this customer happy, she relentlessly called our office a total of 18 times only ceasing when the Owner of the company threatened to call the police with regards to her incessant harassment.
We lost money on this job to try and make this customer happy, and all we were met with was anger and resentment.ROOTER-MAN MANAGEMENT
