Drew (owner) seemed like a nice hardworking person and very personable. Gave him the job in July/2011 and till now after promises of start dates - nada. Typical of any two bit thief, he is now in the "do not communicate with customer" phase. All I have is 5 poorly located poured concrete holes to show for my deposit. I think I will end up one of the lucky ones since he didn't do any actual construction. I would fear for my family's safety having a roof built by Drew based on obvious reasons. Also checked with permit office and nothing on file even though Drew claimed he has the permit. This isn't a case of contractor and homeowner having an argument gone bad, It's a case where contractor took deposit, promised to get it done but never came back and stopped communicating! I've been cordial and polite through all of this and only made known my dissatisfaction with Drew after he stopped communicating to me.

A big sigh of relief for me was that I was seriously considering Drew for a 1300sqft interlocking job as well. Luckily I stayed with another company and now I have a beautiful hardscaped property. What if........now that might of been fun!

Obviously I would not refer Drew to others, At the end of the day, I don't despise Drew, he does what he does for whatever his reasons, I actually liked Drew, that's why I gave him the job. To me, he seemed like the typical hard working man trying to earn an honest days pay, We as consumers just need to do a better job of filtering out the good from the bad, and in this case, there is no one to blame except myself!

What can i say they Drew came down to build the deck it was built poorly and without stairs plus the railings where not installed correctly infact they were left loose Not even screwed down plus there is no walkway. Drew left a pile of dirt in my front lawn and promised to coem back and of course he never did i've been dragged though the mud for over 3 months with this guy. I would stay clear and not do business with this guy you will be taken! He is your best friend and will put on a smile long as he recieves his money once he has most POOF hes gone and your left with little monety to finish a job you almost paid full rpice for.

WE put an order for the shed in July and the owner took half of the money. It was unable to deliver the materials and the pad was half done. The owner did not remove the dirt and failed to communicate with us for about two months.
so if you don't want to loose time and money do not use this company.

Hired Exponential Construction to build a fence. He informed us of the timeline, and was realistic in the timing. Good work, Drew's crew were nice and worked hard. Definately recommend him to others.

I hired Drew 4 years ago to build a small deck for a rental property that I have. He did a great job, so I hired him to paint another property. Then I hired him to finish a reno that another contractor botched and left behind (I should have gone with Drew from the beginning but I went with the lowest bidder), he's a very busy guy, but always communicative, and professional. Good general contractor.

Just a wee note to thank you for the porch enclosure you made for us last year. After all the work that you've done with us, this was the best! We're the envy of the neighbourhood, and looking forward to using it again this year!

Exponential Construction built a large deck on the back of my house as a second floor walk out. Good size, good design, held up well for 2 years. We've hired Drew to stain the deck this summer for us. Would recommend him to anyone.

Drew provided us with a fence repair by replacing a number of fallen pieces and rebuilding a few sections. We couldn't afford to replace the whole fence, but he was able to work with that. He also stained our deck that desperately needed some attention. He was polite, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using his services again, and have recommended him to our friends.

Drew created a fantastic Deck for us last year on a fairly tight budget.
He and his team were very professional, and he was very understanding when we couldn't choose a design right away.

He did the job very well, and we love our deck!

We'll be using him to finish the basement of our house this winter also.
