Avi spent considerable time with my husband and I, without pressure, to plan the reconstruction of our front walk. Once the work commenced, we were very pleased with the diligence that the two men applied to this job. Even our neighbours complimented their workmanship. The final result was slightly different than planned as these fellows worked creatively with the landscape to produce a new and improved entrance to our home. We are very pleased with the outcome.

In today's market you very seldom find a contractor you can trust especially when you hear all the sad stories from people.
But we were lucky to meet Avi. From the beginning he was open and honest with us, demonstrated his knowledge of products and gave us input for the work to be done. The team which came to replace our front steps and walkway led by Joshua was punctual and
organized. Carmelo brought a high level of craftsmanship to the job and his knowledge of using the stones provided a beautiful finish. His careful attention to detail completely changed the outlook of our home and we are very happy about it.
Avi was instrumental in making sure that our wishes were carefully met and he came to the site several times to check on the work and to give his input to the team .He is a pleasure to deal with and most of all a very honest person which you can trust. I found Delta Classic homes in the home flyers that come to the door. I had some ideas about how to redesign the front of the house. Avi came and gave me some great ideas, he was honest and very knowledgable about the cost and what would fix my crumbling concrete stairs and porch. We decided to go with a finish called Jewel stone and created a landing with interlock. My house has been transformed! It is the "jewel on the street". I would highly recommend this company. The job was completed beyond my expectations and seriously increased my property value. His team were professional and finished the job on time! If you are looking to do a renovation (big or small) I would call Delta Classic Homes. Avi gives contractors a "good name".

The workmen who did the stonework on both the front and back steps were excellent....they provided good design advise and choices for materials to be used.....the quality of work and craftsmanship were absolutely top notch....Eugene was a pleasant person to have as a worker and completed the job in a very professional manner.

Avi and his team did a great job laying interlocking in my backyard for a patio. He came early on a Saturday morning and finished by the afternoon. They even helped us change our plans a little to best fit our needs and our home. The quality is excellent and everyone was super professional. I would definitely recommend Delta to anyone looking to have a professional patio made!

This fall we renovated the main floor bathroom. Lyman did a wonderful job, he removed the tub and framed a six foot shower stall, tiling the floor and walls, plumbing and drain relocation and pot light installation etc. He proved a real asset in helping with the small details that always crop up. The work was done accurately, and all renovation waste was removed.

Avi did a great job of checking in regularly, keeping me updated, making sure there were no issues. Competitive pricing. His team doing work were thorough, work done was exactly as I wanted. Great job of clean up and all completed on time. Would highly recommend!
