took longer than expected. all work was explained before start. while work was ongoing, all questions were answered, & work being done was explained. very happy with final product. looks quite good.

This is the best experience with contractors I ever had and I've done a lot (~$100k worth) of renovations in my house.

The work that was done includes:
- Remove all the grass and old concrete patio from my back yard.
- Interlock the entire backyard + a flower box and two steps at the kitchen exit
- Replace 3 basement windows
- Replace and move AC to the side of the house
- New backyard gate

Avi is very cordial, helpful and will to explain the details of the work to be provided.
The engagement was quick and pleasant. There were no "usual" pressure tactics.

Another important point is that they do it all. For me it meant saving a lot
of time and headache of looking for quotes and coordinating schedule of different contractors.
If you haven't done it before, don't!

They began working on the day they said they would, and worked EVERY day.
The project finished on schedule, despite the 3 days delay in stone delivery.
They actually went to the store in their truck and delivered what they could so the work would not stop.
Every day, the site was cleaned from debris and the tools were stacked neatly in one corner.

The quality of work is superb and I am very happy with my new backyard.

In one place on my house I noticed a small patch of concrete that is left uncleaned,
as I pointed it out to Avi they came back and cleaned it on the same day.
This happened two weeks, AFTER I paid in full.

With regards to payments, Avi's payment schedule was far less aggressive than other proposals
I've got and I was very comfortable with that.

All in all, I would recommend Delta to anyone.

In the fall of 2011, Avi and his team at Delta Building Products completed a redesign on our front porch using decorative stone. The end product was fantastic and we have received numerous compliments on the look of the porch. It has made a definite improvement to the curb appeal of our property.

As a company, we found them to be professional in their work and in taking the time to make recommendations as to what would be the best products to use. The work started on time and was finished within the expected timeframe. The total cost was as quoted with no surprises.

We are very pleased with the work completed by Delta Building Products and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future

We contracted to have Delta Building Products install shutters and stain our fence on the basis that the price was reasonable and on the assurance of the owner Avi Nakash that he had a handyman that would do good work for us.
This was certainly the case. He was meticulous in scraping and sanding the fence before applying the stain and careful in installing the shutters. He was very pleasant and cooperative in carrying out wishes, and we are well pleased with the finished product.

We have had Delta do several projects for us within the last year including a complete driveway replacement, a walkway re-design, and a kitchen and bathroom renovation. We are very pleased with the results and found all the people involved to be very consciencious and hardworking. We do not hesitate to recommend Avi and his team.

Late last fall we had Delta replace the walkway along the west side of the house and right in front of the house as the previous walkway kept lifting and was tilting towards the house. They were extremely professional (although they ordered way more screening than required). They met all concerns and explained what we would have to do this spring. I chose to hold off writing this review as I wanted to make sure the walkway survived the winter without heaving, which it did.

I had Delta Building come in and build an extension on my existing kitchen matching the look and style of my current cabinets. They came in and quickly came measured and examined what I had and were able to match what I had exactly. My new extended kitchen looks great.

We would not hesitate to recommend Delta as they worked hard with us to searchdown and repair our problem to our total satisfaction. All concerns were promptly addressed and dealt with promptly.
