The men arrived on time and worked hard until the project was complete although it presented some difficulties. Proper ground preparation was completed before the wall and pavers were laid down. The resulting structures look good and will add to the property value for some time. Construction mess was kept to a minimum during the process and cleaned up totally when the job was complete. The men were hard working, agreeable and efficient. Avi lived up to the good references he gave me.

We needed the job done quickly. Avi and his crew, especially George, did an excellent job. They were professional, provided high quality work, were very respectful and did a fabulous job cleaning up. We will definitely have them back.

We have invited Avi to work on our backyard. The work was completed promptly. Quality of materials and work excellent. Staff were helpful and went beyond the minimum to leave everything clean and tidy. They work so far even I can think of, I would recommend them to anyone contemplating interlocking or stone work.

We had 2 retaining walls, 2 sets of steps, driveway and walkway installed this spring. We are pleased with the quality of work,
co-operation and the easy access to communication so it was completed according to our plans.

We are very satisfied with our interlocking driveway that was installed last year. After a harsh winter, the driveway perfectly withstood the elements, and the true colouring so visible. The men were only too agreeable to fix any minor issues during installation. we are so pleased with this company that they are doing a flagstone verandah for us this year and we have recommended Delta and Avi to our friends.

We worked with Avi and found him to be very easy to deal with.
He had 2 of his contractors, John and Cash come in and review the basement prior to teardown. We found both John and Cash to be very efficient, effective and polite (thank you both again). The work effort and quality was high, the timeliness were met and the cost was reasonable.
(We made a few changes once they started which were pleasantly accommodated.)
The outcome and experience was very positive and we would recommend Avi, John and Cash to anyone looking at basement renovations.

I engaged Delta to oversee the repair and waterproofing of my 60 year old house foundation. They came in on budget even though there were a number of unforeseen issues that cropped up during the job.

Great job fixing driveway and re setting interlocking brick. New back patio is beautiful and very functional. Avi and his crew were organized and efficient and addressed all our issues. A 100% satisfied customer.
