We needed to do the full top to bottom renovation of the two bathrooms on the second floor of our house.  The bathroom in the master bedroom had required also the remodeling, taking the walls down and putting new walls and the door.  Our main task was to find the reliable company that capable of not just doing the project but to find the people we can trust because the project had to be done during our absence!   We had hired IHC Innovative Home Creations company and it was the best decision we've ever made! After three weeks of the absence we came back to the house with two new dream bathrooms and no headache of the surviving renovation. Everything was done accurately and within established time limits! Huge thanks to Igor and his team for their excellent work!  We are looking forward to hire them again for out kitchen project.

We had hired a contractor that bailed on us and found Igor to finish the job. He impressed me right away when he started the job on the promised day and his crew arrived on time. The frame was done in time even tho they had to work in pretty bad weather conditions.( it was winter and snowing). We hired them after to put up doors and install all the trim. They were great again. I highly recommend this company and we will be hiring them again to finish our renovations. Thank you.

After a month of contacting numerous contractors and getting the runaround, I came across Igor's contact info on Homestars. My experience with Igor and his crew (Joel and Max) was amazing. Igor was extremely professional and was quick to get back to me when I had questions. His quote was very reasonable given the scope of work and they took the time to improve on our plans where possible. Igor and his crew were very punctual and did an amazing job overall. We passed structural inspection from the city with no issues. I only wish I spoke to Igor before hiring my engineer! I will definitely phone Igor the next time I require any structural work.

Igor literally saved our project.

We were halfway through a gut-job renovation of our heritage house in Rosedale. There were lots of interior alterations and structural issues. The framing carpenter we had hired was five months into the job but very little had been accomplished on his end. After numerous ultimatums broken deadlines, we had no choice but to cut our losses and cut him loose.

We had to find a replacement and find him fast. My wife found Igor on Homestars and not only did he submit the lowest estimate, be was able to start within two weeks. We were anxious because we had already hired the wrong person once; one more mistake and we’d be sunk.

Fortunately we got lucky. Igor was skilled, fast, and drama-averse. He kept his promises and stuck to his quoted price. Of course there were extras, but he always cleared them with us in advance and the additional fees he demanded for them were reasonable.

Thanks to Igor, we were back on track. Once the roughing was done, we were so satisfied that we hired him to do the finishing carpentry as well, even though we knew that he had less experience in this area. Once again, he did a great job. The most important thing was that he took the time to understand what we wanted. He also didn’t mind doing the occasional minor do-overs at no additional cost.
