Vatzek is probably the most professional, honest, meticulous, and hardest working person I have ever encountered within the trades. He sets tile with the precision and mastery of an artist and I would highly recommend him for your home or business. I am so grateful that I found him on Homestars and I have to say that the reviews on his business are totally justified. He is simply the best and I am an extremely picky customer!
We are doing a major renovation of our home. We contracted Vatzek to tile both main floor bathrooms in subway tiles with a chair rail. There was quite a lot of tile work including a walk-in shower with a curb he custom built. I can honestly say that the job was perfectly completed. I could not be happier with the finish and quality of his work done. Vatzek also gave us good advice and saved us a lot of money by recommending a better way, based on his expertise. I am so glad we followed his advice because it is obvious that he has a lot of experience and knows what he is doing.
Our next phase is tiling our fireplace and a kitchen backsplash and if Vatzek is busy, we will wait for him. No one puts the personal care that he puts into his work. Renovations are expensive and need the best tradesman you can get. For tile work, that would be Vatzek from Academy Ceramic Tile.
