I recently purchased a home and every single faucet in my home had an issue of some kind. My kitchen faucet was rusted out and leaking, which was causing water damage. The faucet for my laundry sink was also running continuously. I called Dave at Royal Flush and he was at my door, just a few hours later.

Dave and his colleague quickly and efficiently replaced both faucets. They walked me through their work, and explained what was wrong, and how I could prevent further water damage.

Next, I showed Dave my powder room faucet that had way too much pressure and that had water flying everywhere. I also showed him my shower which was very difficult to turn on.

The very next morning, Dave was back and quickly replaced the shower handle, as well as the shower head! He also replaced the washer in my powder room and fixed our problem.

I called Dave on a Sunday expecting the machine. He answered and came by a couple hours later. He used good logic to find where the leak behind the walls was. He fixed it, and gave a quote to repair the damage to the wall. I've used him before and I'll use him again.

Dave and his helper came on a few occasions to rough in the plumbing for our renovated bathroom and then install the vanity, tub, and toilet. We are happy with the finished product. Dave provided good customer service and was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. After detecting a few minor leaks Dave was quick to return to remedy them. Dave was wonderful from the start, I contacted him in the afternoon and he arrived later that evening exactly on time. Besides being approachable and friendly, he was able to diagnose a defective wax ring in our toilet within 10 minutes and went out to get the part to fix it right away. Impressed by him, I asked him to also fix our broken shower lever which he was able to also fix very quickly. His rates were far better than some of the bigger companies. We needed some work done in our bathroom. Originally we were going to have the shower re-tiled and sourced numerous quotes for this work to be done. Then when it came time to book a date, the price went up. We then decided to amend the original plans and have a acrylic tub wall installed as a temporary solution.

We decided to use Dave from Royal Flush Renovations....he had a competitive price and the reviews I could find were positive. To start off with he showed up late for the job, not a good start to the day and I should have known this would be a sign of things to come. I left him to do the work and checked in a couple times to see how things were going and did not notice any immediate problems with the work. When he notified me that he was finished I came in to have a look and noticed that there were gaps where the tub surround pieces come together. He assured me that it was sealed on the inside and that it was not a problem but I insisted he sealed it from the outside. So he gave it one quick sweep with the caulking gun in an attempt to seal the gap. I thought no big deal, I can always remove the caulk and redo it myself, since he seemed incapable of doing it properly. The next day after closer inspection I noticed the liner was not sealed properly at any point and not even where it meets the tub. We called and left a message for him to call us back and after 24 hours he did not respond.

I decided to go ahead and do the fixes myself but when I removed the old caulking I noticed something strange. The liner wall was coming apart. It turned out he neglected to remove the protective finish from the acrylic before installing the pieces. Are you kidding me!! I could not believe it. I finished the repairs myself and left the tub to dry. About a week later one of the seams popped and the liner had to be re-glued and sealed yet again. We will have to see how long it takes before the next problem occurs.

Dave installed our new bathroom vanity, granite countertop and backsplash. He did an excellent job lining up the copper pipes so they came up perfectly through the new cabinet unit. He then installed new shut-off valves and a P-trap for the sink drain. The workmanship was good and fast. I had called Dave earlier that same day and he came by the house at 7 pm and the job was finished that same evening. He also fixed our leaky toilet shut-off valve. Great work! We especially liked the fact that Dave was able to come the same day we called him. I would highly recommend Dave and his crew at Royal Flush Plumbing and Renovations for anyone that has plumbing in combination with some bathroom contracting work.

I wanted to do a cosmetic bathroom reno and Dave came in and served as our general contractor and plumber. He organized all of the different workers and bought and delivered our new vanity and toilet. He was trustworthy, kind and capable. Dave is honest about what he can and cannot do himself, and completed our project on time and on budget! I would highly recommend him for any bathroom project that you might have.
