Thomas did an amazing job with the inspection of our first home. Right after the inspection he gave us his honest expert opinion and is always available to answer any questions or concerns. The final inspection report is just amazing, with pictures of the inspections, a list of recommendations and different maintenance to do through the year.

He was courteous and made himself available to explain the report patiently. In addition, he was kind enough to answer other general questions I had as a first time homebuyer. I see how the business won the Consumer Choice Award. Tom is very knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented. He explained the packages very well before booking the appointment. We are glad that we selected the right package. Tom arrived even earlier than us. He used professional equipments for the inspection. Tom patiently answered all of our questions and explained the problems and improvement suggestions throughly. The report is very detailed and organized with clear pictures and even videos. I will recommed Tom and Clearview to all my family members and friends.

Tom is very professional during the whole inspection process. Explained all the findings in details and documented clearly in the report. It took about 3.5 hours and i added the thermal imaging which turned out to be somewhat useful. Great service. Thanks!

Thorough, efficient

Very efficient, effective home inspection. The only thing we seem to have missed is a defective refrigerator, but we didn't inspection to catch issues with appliances. The mold test gave us peace of mind, and we're moving in confident about our purchase.
