Tom did a great job on the inspection. Was very patient and answered all of my questions happily. The thermal pictures are pretty cool as well. I do wish I had more of them taken though but that's okay. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great job! We contacted Tom from Clearview Home & Property inspection to inspect our new home as part of our Tarion inspection. Among other things, he was even able to get up on our roof (which was difficult) to make sure it was installed correctly. PDI's are stressful and exciting times. Having Tom from Clearview conduct a PDI really provided peace of mind. Tom came over to perform the 30 day inspection and I gotta say I have nothing but positive comments about him. He is the most professional person I have ever had to deal with. From the moment he arrived (a few minutes early might I add) to the moment he left, he was very informative during the inspection and constantly provided me with the opportunity to ask him questions, something that I thought most service folks wouldn't allow. Not to mention he took his time inspecting the various aspects of our house, paying attention to several details that I clearly would've missed! Bottom line is that if you're looking for an inspector please don't waste your time as most people would agree in this forum Tom is clearly an excellent person to deal with!
