Clearview Home & Property Inspections (Tom) is an excellent service firm to work with. The inspector was a thorough professional and he is very knowledgeable. The inspector has done a complete inspection from the roof to attic to basement and even the interlocks and driveway. At the end there is no area that's left unaccounted. The inspector had a lot of patience to wait for us and address our questions or concerns. It was a wonderful learning experience for first time home buyers. The final report is very detailed and it will tell you what are things that need your immediate attention and what can wait.
