This is the third time using ClearView (for three different properties). Tom is the best. He was kind enough to accommodate my schedule and made himself available on short notice. He is extremely thorough and did a great job walking us through every aspect of the inspection. After completing the inspection on my current home, he did uncover some issues that needed to be repaired. His list was clear and complete with photos. It made it very easy for me to go back to the vendor to ask them to make the repairs prior to closing. I had Tom come back to do a follow up inspection to ensure the fixes had been made and again, he accommodated my schedule.
For most, a home will be the biggest investment of their life and it’s worth it to have it inspected. I would highly recommend Clearview. Working with Tom was a pleasure!
