Tom did a very thorough inspection of the home we were interested in. Though the seller had a report, Tom uncovered details which led to us to us passing on the house.
Being first time home buyers, he patiently walked us through all the details and made us feel comfortable with his analysis. He was very flexible with accommodating our schedules.
