Our realtor recommended Tom for our home inspection, and since we were buying our first home we were very apprehensive regarding the process and how efficient it would be. Before the inspection day, Tom have us a break down of all costs associated and he explained the different inspection packages for us to choose from. On the day of the inspection Tom was very detailed and thorough in explaining how the process and the inspection will go and what he will be exactly checking. He also assured us that a full report will follow that evening and we can solely focus on going around the house and he will brief us at the end of each step. At the end of the inspection, Tom have us a full detailed explanation if his findings and recommendations and followed up with the report that evening. The report was very detailed, thorough and it was very easy to review and understand. A month later I had a few questions about the inspection required for our insurance and Tom was very helpful in answering my questions and providing the information required.
