As a professional engineer, I am a tough critic and go to great length to make sure I hire competent people. Tom was outstanding - he deserves the 5 start rating he has across the intenet. His inspection was quick, thorough and he identified areas of our purchased home which we were able have the builder pay to repair, saving us thousands. Would not have been possibel without his thorough approach. Tom was even kind enough to come back a couple of months later to help us re-check some items before our purchase closed.
