We first met Tom back in 2011 when we bought our first home. Tom provided exceptional service then. Fast forward to 2017 and approaching our 1 year anniversary in our new home and we called Tom again. He came out, did a great job and was very thorough with his photos and explanations. Great to see that he is highly rated as he should be. 10+ all the way.
