Home Inspection - pre-purchase
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This was the first time I've done a home inspection and the overall experience was very good with ClearView. As expected after reading many positive reviews on HomeStars.
Thomas conducted himself in a very professional yet approachable way. He encouraged questions during the inspection and he welcomed any questions or concerns even after the home inspection. The inspection had a lot of structure to it, which I liked. He would mention the item; why it's an issue, the severity of the issue, alternatives to dealing with the issue and whether it'll be expensive to fix or not.
I would definitely recommend Tom's services to anyone needing a fair, professional, and courteous home inspection.
