I needed to do a home inspection before bidding on a very pricey house. I was very nervous about making a big purchase in case I ended up getting a problematic property. Clearview were very accommodating in working with the short timeline I had and the way they provided inspection results felt like a friend did the inspection. They immediately called me after the inspection to let me know all defects and problem areas, how much it would cost to fix, and whether they thought there were any deal breakers so I could make my mind on the offer price, and they quickly followed it up with a very detailed written report. Highly recommended!
