From the first phone call to inquire about the home inspection service, I found Tom to be very professional and pleasant. He was helpful and flexible with his schedule. During the home inspection, he explained the process and and we appreciated the time he took to answer questions. We also used the Thermal Imaging service option, which was very helpful in identifying a moisture spot on the ceiling that would not have been easily visible. Overall, it was a pleasure engaging Tom and the information and suggestions provided are very helpful.
