Manjur was prompt for our appt. He was a very happy, straighforward and very polite, knowledgeble individual. I am an inspector myself however not as trained and equipped with that AMAZING INFRARED $8000 camera that he finds everything wrong with your home. He inspected places where an "inspector" like me never usually checks. I inspected the home the week before and only found 1/2 the deficiencies he pointed out. His knowledge of structure and HVAC, plumbing, insulation, electrical is way above his qualifications. As an inspector, contractor, builder I needed the best inspector for my $2million purchase.
