The custom team of Minto headed by jeff low and john wilson were extraordinary. the attention to detail in our waterfront home (their first) was incredible. they were helpful and very careful with the project. Manjur was prompt for our appt. He was a very happy, straighforward and very polite, knowledgeble individual. I am an inspector myself however not as trained and equipped with that AMAZING INFRARED $8000 camera that he finds everything wrong with your home. He inspected places where an "inspector" like me never usually checks. I inspected the home the week before and only found 1/2 the deficiencies he pointed out. His knowledge of structure and HVAC, plumbing, insulation, electrical is way above his qualifications. As an inspector, contractor, builder I needed the best inspector for my $2million purchase.
