DON'T LET THEM LEAVE UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED EVERYTING YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN

Replaced with rental furnace 3 days without heat. 2 days to finish work. After 10 missed appointments and a month later still not back to finish. 9-10 appts missed with no call. On the rare occasion someone shows up they don't have the parts.
