Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Ambient noise and screaming children in the neighborhood finally did us in so we got a quote for a new A/C unit so we could keep the windows closed during the summer. Given the furnace was 17 years old, we decided to get a quote for a new High Efficiency Lennox furnace and Air Conditioning combo. Costco's cash back of $1500 was a nice incentive too! We were referred to Reliance The Furnace Company by Costco in St.Albert and got a quote. I decided to get a competitive quote, just to compare. The competitive quote came in at about the same price but for a better furnace. I called my Reliance sales person and in less than an hour, he called me back to say they could match the price and even ended up beating it! (I'm impressed). Reliance also gave me a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, where the competitor was only 1 year labor. (I'm very impressed) Greg & Drew showed up this morning and got to work. Very professional and courteous. This was a big job and you would never even know they were here. The job was completed very clean, is nice to look at (inside and out) and we are extremely pleased with the service we received. They explained the system to us, including the little annual maintenance things that need to be performed. These guys are a class act and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They certainly take pride in their work and it shows. Thank you Greg & Drew. you gave our home a heart transplant and made the experience painless.
