Had Reliance The Furnace Company in to install a new hot water heater last week. Had to have them back this week to move it, because they installed it too close to the furnace, and we couldn't get at the furnace filter.
They also unplugged the fridge we have in the utility room, and didn't plug it back in again.
It had been arranged for the morning for the reinstall, and it was agreed that they would call ahead, as no one was able to wait around for them, and Blair would run home. This never happened. When we checked with the office later in the day, we were told it had been rescheduled for the following day. No call to let us know.
However, shortly thereafter, just as I was leaving the house again, they showed up at the door! And while they were here, another crew called to say they were on the way!
They did move the hot water heater, and all is fine there, but I was doing a load of laundry today, and went in to find the entire floor flooded! They had disconnected the washing machine drain hose to drain the hot water heater, and hadn't bothered to put it back in the drain.
They also, screwed up and didn't honour the rebate they promised.
I don't recommend using this company.
