Came July during the heatwave to repair A/C. Repair part in a few days and high pressure to replace. As it was 20 yr old unit, we agreed. Multiple mentions about refunding the initial $450 repair if we bought to replace.
Aug comes and replacement ready. High pressure again to pay, but multiple inquiries about repayment of initial $ 450. Paid the $6500 for the install of new unit.
September rolls around and now I am being billed a monthly fee of 9.99 for some sort of subscription I have no idea about. Now December, I have started getting harassing bot calls for non payment of account, when Reliance has never refunded the initial repair as promised above. Try to call someone I am stuck in queue for more than 10 min? I am not wasting my time for a fee they created and a company that doesn't honour their own refund policy.
DO NOT BOTHER with this company! Bottom line seems to be their underlying motto.
