Fresh Interiors Carpet care

Had a party where a guest spilled a bit of soda on the carpet in the party room. The building management wanted me to pay some ridiculous $100+ for them to hire someone to clean it. Called up Fresh Interiors and they came in the same day and got it cleaned!! Very reliable and knowledgable staff! Highly recommend!!

Stained the rug at the party room of my condo after a event and called up George from Fresh Interiors! Over delivered, Fresh Interior came in and did a fantastic job! Reliable and professional I highly recommend these guys!

I got a Groupon for these guys for $25 for $75 worth of carpet cleaning (basically one room). Seemed like a good deal.

I didn't need it until about six months after I purchased it. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail, and got no response. I then tried emailing. After my second email, I got a response back saying when they had available, and I said I'd take that spot. I didn't receive a response back, but assumed that I was booked.

When I didn't receive a response, I called in the day before the cleaning, and actually got through to talk to someone. They were very apologetic, but said they had no record of an appointment for me for that day and were booked up. They made another appointment for me three weeks out which she verbally confirmed.

I didn't receive a confirmation the day before though, as she said I would. I tried calling, and again, left a voicemail to which I got no response. I waited for two hours for someone to show up for the appointment, and no one showed up, and no one response. This time, when I tried calling, the voicemail box was full.

I asked Groupon for a refund of the Groupon. Thankfully, Groupon itself was very great about it. They wrote back immediately saying the Groupon was refunded and they gave me an additional $10 for my troubles.

I would definitely advise people stay away from these guys, and to really research companies on Homestars or elsewhere that are offering coupons on daily deals sites.

Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and disorganized! I booked an appointment with fresh interiors over a month ago and Christine said the earliest appointment was the 22nd of September which was over a month from the date I had called, mind you I had been trying to call for over 3 months to get a previous job done since I already bought the coupon from Fabfind and the phones just kept ringing till one day the mailbox was just full. I agreed to the date and was told that I could get a confirmation call the day before.. I never got the call and when I tried to call no one picked up throughout the day. The next day the day of the carpet cleaning I called to confirm and Christine said that the cleaners would be there at 2 like planned, 2 o clock came and left and they were no where to be seen. I kept calling christine since I had cleared my schedule for the day and she said she would call me back after she spoke with the cleaners. At 4pm I called again to find out what the hell was going on. She then told me that they wouldn't be able to come today since she has no clue where the cleaners are! and if we could reschedule .... to top it off she gave me some story about being busy in her life and planning other personal events. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I do not care to know what is happening in your life that obstructs your work, don't expect any sympathy from me after you have been so inconsiderate with my time! As a customer I expect a service of a certain stature and Fresh Interiors certainly does not meet that standard. I am very very dissatisfied with their level of service, they did not even offer any compensation just a quick sorry! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Despicable business practice!! George and his father came to clean our couches. They decided to move one couch away from the wall. Unfortunately the father decided to move back the heavy couch by himself and scratched the BRAND NEW hardflood floors (3 days old!!). Now Christina, the girl who answers the phone, says the scratches were there and since we did not pay the $30 moving charge (???) then we are not entitled to the $250 it cost to get the hardwood floors fixed (the damage was considerable and deep)!! I hope to get this resolved in a professional manner however it doesn't seem that it will. Shame on you George and Christine!!!

I purchased a Groupon for Fresh Interiors which entitled me to 200 square feet of carpet cleaning (a $75 value) for $35. Before purchasing the deal, I called the company (on a Tuesday I believe) to see if it would be possible for them to come that week as I was having a party at my home that coming Saturday. Despite the volume of calls I am sure they were getting, Fresh Interiors assured me that yes, they could come on Thursday of that week. I then happily purchased the deal. The Thursday appointment came and went and no one showed up. I called that afternoon to see what had happened and had a lot of trouble getting someone on the line (no answer and full mailbox - undoubtedly because of the volume generated by the Groupon deal). When I finally got someone on the line on Thursday evening, I was told that they had made a mistake and booked the appointment for Thursday of the week following. I explained the urgency of having the cleaning done prior to Saturday and they offered to fit me in on Friday at 5pm. I was not optimistic about the service I was about to receive at this point but, having already purchased the Groupon, I agreed.

The Groupon was for 200 square feet. I was hoping to have two area rugs plus the runners on two sets of stairs cleaned all within this rate. Friday at 5pm, Fresh Interiors showed up as promised and I explained which rugs I wanted cleaned. The representative who attended at my home (I believe it was the owner)was a very nice guy, great to deal with and was extremely apologetic about the mix-up. He offered to not only clean the rugs that I had mentioned but every area rug in my house - all within the Groupon rate. That's 7 area rugs and the runners on two sets of stairs! What's more - to reduce the inconvenience and impact on our evening, he offered to take the 7 area rugs away and return them the next morning, first thing, well in advance of our party. True to his word, he left on Friday evening and returned Saturday morning at about 9 am (in the middle of a snow storm, no less) with all 7 rugs clean and looking new! Now that's customer service! Fresh Interiors really went above and beyond to address the error that had been made! What a refreshing (and not often encountered) approach to customer service.

Extremely satisfied with the experience, we attempted to tip the representative $40 for the exceptional service he had provided us but he wouldn't accept it!!! We were eventually able to force him to take $20.

We will most definitely use Fresh Interiors the next time our carpets need some sprucing up. This company is a rare find and one worth bookmarking in your directory of home service providers!
