5 Star Cleaning

We had few rugs and valuable carpets that needs to be cleaned. We called this company to do the cleaning. We used couple of other companies before, their services were good. But we are very happy with service and price of Five Star Rug & Carpet Cleaning company. They are professional and we strongly recommended this company services.

Five Star Rug and Carpet cleaning did Outstanding job in cleaning my house carpets, sofas and chairs. They have not been cleaned for a long time. They did great job, with fair price and very good customer service. They were very professional and efficent. Thank you we strongly recommend them to others.

We had sweage back up in our basement. We called at least 3 companies, but Five Star was much quicker to respond and gave a better quote. They came almost immediately.They explained exactly what they will be doing next few days. They were very polite, knoweledgable and proffesional in managing the flood. We were very happy to deal with this company, with no hastle and the result was great. We strongly recommmend them to others for in need of flood emergency so you do not have to go through what we went (calling few companies in emergency situation), where we could save some of our stuff from basement before the help gets here. Our tenant's basement was flooded due to their(elderly couples)fridge problems. They called us and we found Five Star Flood emergency in Homestars, and send them over. They went there taking control over the flood, and making sure that our elderly tenants are taken care off as well. They had very strong equipment that extraced water very quickly, they set their equipments there for 3 days. Our floor is laminated, they moisture checked it and it was wet, They dried them so it does not collect molds. They fixed the basement in 3 days with minimal disturbance to our tenant. They patiently explained to them what to expect in those 3 days that they were around. We really appreciate for their very detailed and proffesional job while making our tenants life a bit easier until basement was back to normal. When our adjastor came to check, he was also impressed with their proffesional job as well. We are very happy with their excellent job, great price and quick respond. Happy Ending for a Runner of a Day
Here is my story about a modern day super hero for parents, Five Star Rug and Carpet Cleaning, in a true action-packed adventure in the life of a family.

I came home this afternoon to find five of the stairs of my home had grease spots on the carpet runner going upstairs. I am not sure how it happened, but there it was. I called my husband, and we realized that we had to act fast before it set.

Where was a mom to go? The internet of course. I visited HomeStars.com, a site I like to visit because it gives me reviews for home improvement stars before I call. I looked for carpet cleaners in my area, who could visit within the next few hours.

They did pick up and delivery for free, they moved the furniture in order to get the rugs, and they put the rugs back by themselves again for no extra charge. Our rugs were so clean, stain free and very fresh. So, finally we are going to stick to 5 star cleaning. They provide so many other services including even flood,fire, smoke and water emergencies.
